A Unique Program

Welcome to Scotland's only block booking Wrestling program. These 10-week block sessions are clearly structured for you as a parent to follow your child's progress.


The program consists of 7 technical, 1 physical/mindfulness and 1 tactical/strategic session, with week 10 dedicated to a showcase for the kids to demonstrate what they have learned, as well as full competition style matches to prepare them for the nerves and excitement that competition day may bring.


5 awards including our club champion belt are given out in week 9 to acknowledge different attributes the kids have shown throughout the block.

The Journey

What you will receive as part of our club sessions:


• One club session per week for ten weeks, coached by two time British champion and Glasgow Commonwealth Games athlete, Ross McFarlane


• Recreational membership(for the year) which covers insurance for club sessions


• Free Exclusive to club members branded T-shirt


• Training diary - Your child will receive a club branded training diary (parents of children under 8 are encouraged to help fill these in) It will include; Club code of conduct. Attainment card with stickers for progression awards. Children are in charge of filling out their own diary during or after the session. They are encouraged to asked the coach for help with points to remember.

Club Characters

Our club's characters provide an engaging way for your child to advance in their wrestling journey. Over the course of a year, they will learn a variety of techniques, with the depth of instruction tailored to their age and skill level.

Each character features six unique achievement markers. Your child will level up to the next character after completing all six tasks associated with their current character, as indicated on their attainment cards. They will receive a corresponding sticker for each completed task.

Our goal is to ensure your child enjoys wrestling, develops new skills, and, if they choose, competes in events outside the club, ultimately progressing to a national level over the next few years.
