Junior Juniors (4 - 6 years)

Start as young as 4 with games and play around the sport of wrestling. These sessions aim to help introduce the sport of wrestling to children whilst having fun as well as instilling traits of discipline, respect and achievement.

They will receive a club T-shirt and attainment card to start them on their Wrestling journey.

Juniors

Scotland's only block booking Wrestling program. These 10-week block sessions are clearly structured for you as a parent to follow your child's progress. Consisting of 7 technical, 1 physical/mindfulness, 1 tactical/strategic and week 10 is always a showcase for the kids to demonstrate what they have learned as well as full competition style matches to prepare them for the nerves and excitement that competition day may bring. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay to watch all sessions throughout the block.

Seniors

Currently we invite everyone and anyone onto the mat whether you are a total novice or you have a wealth of experience in the sport of Wrestling or any other grappling discipline. For us we want you to develop but manage your expectations. We will help as best as we can in the time available to show you techniques and methods of wrestling to improve your game.

For beginners it is important to understand that wrestling is a sport that takes years of development and hard work on your part to be able to compete at a high level.

We welcome anyone who wants to come on the mat and just enjoy the training.

Please understand that the coach must give everyone an equal share of their time as best as they can. This means that beginners may have to copy from what they see as best as they can.
